Meet Milat Salim

I’m a professional pilot and certified flight instructor with over 15 years of experience in aviation. I founded Pilot-Training.aero because I saw how many talented aspiring pilots struggled to navigate the journey from ambition to employment — and I knew I could change that.

Beyond running this site, I work directly with Superior Air SA as a pilot, instructor, and talent recruiter. That means I know exactly what operators look for when they hire — and I can genuinely help you become that candidate.
